What is a CD ripper?
You've been told you need a CD ripper, but what is it?  A CD ripper is a software program that makes an exact digital quality copy of a music CD.  Usually, a song is compressed into an MP3 at the same time.  You "rip" the songs onto your hard drive.  Why do that?
